Onze collega Malik vertelt over zijn reis bij WaST. Malik komt uit Irak. Nederland was twee jaar geleden een onbekend land, met een taal die hij niet sprak. Vanaf het begin af aan wilde hij al werken, maar het vinden van werk lukte niet. Hij oefende hard aan de Nederlandse taal en kwam tijdens zijn zoektocht bij ons terecht. En hoe mooi is het: het hele interview deed hij in het Nederlands. Waanzinnig.<\/span><\/p>

Soms kan het, om wat voor reden dan ook, lastig zijn om te werken. Het kan zijn dat iemand is uitgevallen, of dat iemand zijn land moest ontvluchten door oorlog. Iedereen is anders, elke situatie is anders. WaST is een plek waar we geloven in de mens, en de mens weer in zijn kracht willen zetten. <\/span>\ud83d\udc9b<\/span><\/p>

Malik volgt nu, naast dat hij bij ons werkt, een opleiding en wil graag doorleren tot Business Controller. Wij geloven in hem.<\/span>
